Tend Your Fire is a 9-week self-inquiry program for people who are ready to stop managing their life from the outside and start actually living it from the inside.
Over nine weeks you'll move through five sections that follow the natural arc of the work: dissolving the inner narrative that's been running the show, understanding what's live and present in your nervous system, tracing your patterns back to where they started, dissolving the armor around your heart, and arriving at a relationship with yourself that actually holds.
This is not therapy, a mindset course, or a motivational program. It's structured self-inquiry — short video modules, Notion reflection worksheets, and four live calls with Marco at strategic points in the arc.
